parking
Guests may park at the Lot directly across the street in the "City Of Grass Valley" public parking lot. There is also street parking behind our building on Richardson St and a small public lot to the left if standing at our back door.

corporate gifts
Consider utilizing us for your business gifts and incentives. Our Salon Manager can customize our gift certificates for your needs.

reservations
We gladly accept walk-in appointments; however, we cannot guarantee that a service provider will be available. We recommend that you call or come in to reserve your appointments in advance. In order to get your favorite time, we recommend that you prebook your next service prior to leaving BonBon Salon.

punctuality
We recommend that you show up 15 minutes prior to any reservation to relax, drink tea, enjoy a bon bon, and breathe! Keep in mind that your reservation many have to be shortened or rescheduled as a courtesy to our next guest if you arrive late.

children
For the relaxation and rejuvenation of all our guests and the safety of your little loved ones, please find care for them before your reservation. By arranging for childcare, your experience will be enhanced—and more relaxing!

cancellation/no show
Our salon professionals are in great demand, so please be respectful of their time by honoring your commitment to be here. If you need to move or cancel your reservation, we need to hear from you 24 hours in advance to avoid a service charge.

gift cards
BonBon Salon gift cards make the perfect gift for any occasion. They are available at the salon, by phone, or by mail. Gift certificates are nonrefundable, but are transferable for your convenience.
